Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Opened skincare products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@basikbody.com for assistance.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@basikbody.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions.
