Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

International Orders

  • International shipping may be available.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@basikbody.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Basik products. If something isn’t right, here are our return terms:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened skincare products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@basikbody.com for assistance.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@basikbody.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions.
