Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products & Services

We try to display product images and colors as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee every screen shows them correctly.

Disclaimer: Basik products are for cosmetic, external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Perform a patch test before first use.

Billing & Account Information

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be limited per household, account, or payment method.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase/account information and update it as needed.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are processed on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times are estimates only.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the order to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under our Return Policy.

Opened or used skincare may not be eligible unless defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

If you enroll in a product subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval (e.g., monthly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

You may cancel at least one business day before the next renewal to avoid being charged.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings or by contacting us at support@basikbody.com.

Discounts or promotions tied to subscriptions apply only for the active term and may change upon renewal.

Email & SMS Marketing

By providing your email or mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing communications from Basik, including emails and text messages.

Emails: You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Texts: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for support.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

User Content (Reviews & Submissions)

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant Basik a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share that content in any media. You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating.
